Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee all on-site construction operations to ensure project delivery within timelines and budget.
- Supervise sub-contractors, site engineers, and labor teams to maintain optimal productivity.
- Ensure full compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) protocols on the job site.
- Manage site resources, including equipment, materials, and logistics to prevent wastage and delays.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and maintain high-quality construction standards.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders, architects, and consultants to resolve technical issues during construction.
- Prepare detailed progress reports and documentation for senior management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in site management or construction supervision.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, construction methods, and safety regulations.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale construction projects and multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, or Primavera).
- Ability to work on a contract basis and thrive in high-pressure environments.
