As a Site Manager, you will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage subcontractors, and act as the primary liaison between the head office and the field. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily site operations to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budgetary constraints.
- Manage and coordinate all subcontractors, vendors, and internal staff on-site.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations at all times.
- Interpret architectural drawings and engineering blueprints to guide field execution.
- Prepare regular progress reports and project updates for management and stakeholders.
- Manage quality control processes to ensure workmanship meets company and industry standards.
- Resolve technical site issues promptly to prevent project bottlenecks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in site supervision or construction project management.
- Proficiency in reading technical blueprints, CAD software, and project management tools.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams in challenging field conditions.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian construction regulations and safety standards.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Willingness to be stationed in Lombok, Indonesia.
