We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Manager to oversee high-profile construction projects in Kuta, Lombok. As a key leader on-site, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a hands-on professional with strong technical expertise in construction management, financial oversight, and team leadership.
You will be the primary point of contact for daily operations, managing field personnel, sub-contractors, and ensuring strict adherence to site safety protocols. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end construction site operations, ensuring project milestones are met efficiently.
- Lead and mentor field teams, ensuring clear communication and high productivity on-site.
- Develop and analyze Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) to manage project costs effectively.
- Maintain rigorous quality control standards and monitor progress against the project schedule.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Enforce strict occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations across the site.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in construction site management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong proficiency in reading technical drawings and managing BOQ/RAB documentation.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and safety regulations.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on project efficiency and budget management.
