Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in EHV switchgear projects
- Strong knowledge of testing and commissioning procedures for high-voltage equipment
- Relevant certifications in electrical safety (e.g., Arc Flash, LOTO)
- Proven project management skills with track record of on-time delivery
