Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies to ensure the site meets its performance, revenue, and guest satisfaction targets.
- Direct all daily operations across hospitality and FnB divisions, ensuring seamless coordination and service delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of managers and staff, fostering a collaborative and professional workplace environment.
- Oversee site maintenance and facility management to ensure assets are maintained to the highest quality standards.
- Manage site budget, P&L performance, and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency and profitability.
- Implement and monitor strict safety, security, and hygiene protocols in accordance with tourism industry regulations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the corporate vision and branding.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, mitigate risks, and uncover new opportunities for service improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in senior management within the hospitality, tourism, or luxury resort industry.
- Proven track record in managing integrated sites, including hospitality accommodation and multiple FnB outlets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams and drive organizational culture.
- Excellent understanding of P&L management, forecasting, and operational budget control.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and Indonesian.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Willingness to be based in Kabupaten Kendal, Jawa Tengah.
