As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects from planning to completion. This role demands a professional who can effectively manage resources, coordinate with various stakeholders, and maintain the highest standards of quality and safety throughout the construction process.
Your expertise in both interior finishing and civil works will be crucial in overseeing day-to-site operations, managing subcontractors, and ensuring that all work is completed according to specifications and within the designated timeline. You will play a central role in maintaining a safe working environment, managing material procurement, and preparing comprehensive progress reports for project stakeholders.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement project schedules, material plans, and resource allocation strategies
- Ensure all construction activities comply with technical specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations (K3)
- Coordinate with foremen, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor project progress, prepare regular progress reports, and address any issues or delays promptly
- Manage on-site safety protocols and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards
- Liaise with the Project Manager to ensure alignment with overall project objectives and timelines
- Supervise on-site personnel, including foremen and subcontractors, to maintain productivity and quality
- Manage project documentation, including daily reports, inspection records, and compliance documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in site management for interior and civil construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing teams of various sizes
- Proficiency in project management software and construction documentation tools
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English
- Certification in Construction Safety Management is highly desirable
