PT Sedayu Karya Pratama is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Manager to join our dynamic construction team in Yogyakarta. As a Site Manager, you will be the backbone of our projects, ensuring that every phase of construction is executed with precision, efficiency, and safety. You will be responsible for overseeing complex field operations, managing site resources, and maintaining the highest standards of workmanship.

Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor construction project activities to ensure timely completion.
- Manage site budget and resource allocation to prevent cost overruns.
- Oversee daily on-site operations and coordinate with sub-contractors and site staff.
- Implement and enforce rigorous quality control protocols to meet structural standards.
- Maintain a high standard of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) on-site.
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for stakeholders.
- Resolve technical issues or design discrepancies immediately during the construction process.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in site management or construction supervision.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, reading blueprints, and project scheduling software (Ms. Project/AutoCAD).
- Deep knowledge of HSE regulations and site safety standards in Indonesia.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse field teams.
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work under pressure.
- Willingness to be based permanently in Yogyakarta.
