Jaga Citra Inti is currently seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Site Manager MEP to join our dynamic construction team in Jakarta. In this critical role, you will be the cornerstone of our mechanical, electrical, and plumbing project delivery. You will be responsible for leading site operations, ensuring that all MEP installations meet stringent quality standards, and maintaining safety protocols across high-value projects.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of MEP systems, a strong capability in resource management, and the leadership skills to guide multidisciplinary teams. You will be instrumental in optimizing project costs, managing schedules, and ensuring the seamless integration of MEP workflows with overall construction milestones. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise on-site MEP operations, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and blueprints.
- Optimize the allocation of human, material, and equipment resources to improve project efficiency.
- Coordinate closely with sub-contractors and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.
- Monitor and manage the project budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Ensure that all on-site activities strictly adhere to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and report progress, risks, and roadblocks to upper management.
- Oversee the testing, commissioning, and handover processes for all MEP installations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in MEP site management within the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, firefighting, plumbing, and electrical distribution.
- Strong leadership capability with experience managing diverse site teams.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, or other project management software.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian building codes and safety regulations (K3).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills in high-pressure construction environments.
