Bintai Kindenko Engineering Indonesia is currently seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Site Manager MEP to oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing project implementation in Kalimantan Tengah. As a leader in engineering solutions, we pride ourselves on precision and operational excellence.
In this role, you will work in close coordination with the Project Manager to ensure that all on-site MEP installations adhere to strict safety, quality, and timeline benchmarks. You will be the primary point of contact for field operations, managing subcontractors, monitoring resource allocation, and troubleshooting technical challenges to ensure the successful delivery of complex infrastructure projects.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily on-site MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) installation activities to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to track project progress against established timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and site personnel to ensure efficient resource management and workflow execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety protocols (K3) and quality control standards.
- Resolve technical issues or conflicts arising on-site promptly to minimize project delays.
- Prepare comprehensive daily and weekly progress reports for project management review.
- Manage the procurement and inventory of on-site materials required for MEP installations.
- Facilitate communication between the engineering design team and field execution teams to ensure design intent is maintained.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in site management or MEP supervision, ideally in large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong technical proficiency in interpreting MEP blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian construction safety standards and building regulations.
- Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to manage diverse teams of workers and subcontractors.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).
- Must be willing to be stationed at project sites in Kalimantan Tengah.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar tools).
