Arista Pratama Jaya is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Manager (MEP) to join our expanding construction project team in Jakarta. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the on-site execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) installations, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest engineering standards, within budget, and on schedule.
As a Site Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for technical coordination between contractors, architects, and stakeholders. We are looking for a proactive professional who excels in problem-solving and has a deep understanding of MEP systems in commercial or residential construction environments. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise on-site MEP installation teams to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with project managers and sub-contractors to resolve technical issues during the construction phase.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality, progress, and adherence to project timelines.
- Manage material resources, site equipment, and manpower allocation to optimize project efficiency.
- Prepare comprehensive progress reports, technical documentation, and site meeting minutes for stakeholders.
- Ensure that all mechanical and electrical installations meet current building codes and safety standards.
- Oversee the testing and commissioning of MEP systems to ensure optimal operational functionality.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in MEP site management, preferably in large-scale construction projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical distribution systems.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex engineering blueprints and shop drawings.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and high attention to detail.
- Willingness to work on-site as required by project demands.
