In this critical role, you will take full ownership of daily mining operations, ensuring production targets are met efficiently, safely, and within budget. You will lead a diverse team of engineers, supervisors, and operators, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all aspects of mining production operations to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Develop and implement production schedules, mine plans, and operational strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of production supervisors, engineers, and operational staff.
- Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Monitor production metrics, analyze performance data, and initiate continuous improvement projects.
- Manage site budgets, control operational costs, and optimize resource utilization.
- Coordinate with maintenance, geology, and processing departments to ensure seamless workflow.
- Prepare and present regular production reports to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in mining production, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of mining methods, equipment, and safety standards.
- Proven track record in achieving production targets and managing large-scale operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in mine planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid Mine Safety Certification or equivalent.
- Willingness to relocate and work on-site in Sintok, Kedah.
