PT Danadipa Bertu Perkasa is currently seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Site Manager to lead our upcoming Palm Oil Mill construction project located in West Kalimantan. This is a critical role for a professional with deep expertise in heavy industrial construction, specifically focusing on steel and concrete structures.
As the Site Manager, you will be the primary point of contact on-site, responsible for ensuring that all construction phasesâfrom foundation to structural completionâare executed with precision, safety, and efficiency. You will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate with contractors, and oversee material logistics in remote areas to ensure the facility meets international engineering standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor the construction progress of the Palm Oil Mill project in West Kalimantan.
- Oversee daily on-site operations to ensure compliance with project blueprints and technical specifications.
- Manage site logistics, including heavy equipment, material procurement, and labor scheduling.
- Enforce strict health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols on-site.
- Coordinate between the construction crew, engineers, and head office to address technical challenges.
- Prepare regular progress reports and budget tracking for project stakeholders.
- Ensure quality control for both structural steel and reinforced concrete works.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management or site management, particularly in industrial construction (Factories, Warehouses, or Offices).
- Strong expertise in managing steel and concrete construction projects.
- Willingness to be stationed in West Kalimantan.
- Proven ability to lead large construction teams and manage sub-contractors effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive under high-pressure environments.
- Proficiency in project management software (AutoCAD, MS Project, or equivalent) is a significant advantage.
