Premier Qualitas Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Site Manager to oversee our residential development projects in Depok. As a key leader on-site, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of residential units, core infrastructure, and public facilities, ensuring that every project is delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise in construction management, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to lead diverse teams under strict deadlines. You will act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, contractors, and internal management to ensure that our vision for high-quality living spaces is realized on time and within budget.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to architectural blueprints and structural plans.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and site personnel to ensure progress aligns with the master project schedule.
- Maintain strict quality control protocols to ensure all residential units and infrastructure meet company standards and building codes.
- Manage site resources effectively, including manpower, heavy machinery, and material inventories to minimize waste.
- Implement and enforce rigorous Workplace Health and Safety (K3) standards to ensure a zero-accident environment.
- Prepare regular site progress reports, manage budget trackers, and identify potential project bottlenecks early.
- Facilitate communication between the engineering team, architects, and field contractors to resolve on-site technical challenges.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture from an accredited university.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in residential construction project management.
- Deep understanding of construction methodologies, structural systems, and land development.
- Proven ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings, CAD files, and project specifications.
- Strong leadership skills with the capability to manage multi-disciplinary site teams and sub-contractors.
- Familiarity with local building regulations and permit processes in the Depok/Jawa Barat region.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar tools).
- Highly disciplined with a strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively on a contractual basis.
