Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate project timelines, resource allocation, and budget adherence
- Supervise on-site construction activities and subcontractor performance
- Implement quality control measures and safety standards
- Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Resolve technical issues and ensure compliance with blueprints
- Manage material procurement and inventory control
- Lead daily toolbox meetings and team briefings
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in site management
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and materials
- Proficiency in project management software (AutoCAD, Primavera)
- Certification in OHSAS 18001 or equivalent
- Excellent leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
