Tanggung Jawab
- Direct and oversee all site manufacturing activities to ensure production targets are met on time and within budget.
- Maintain full accountability for site compliance with local and international regulatory standards, including ISO 13485, GMP, and FDA requirements.
- Drive operational excellence through the implementation of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen principles to optimize workflows and reduce waste.
- Manage the site’s Profit and Loss (P&L), including budgeting, capital expenditure planning, and resource allocation.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing cross-functional team across production, engineering, and quality assurance departments.
- Collaborate with global supply chain and R&D teams to ensure seamless product transitions and inventory management.
- Foster a robust Safety, Health, and Environmental (EHS) culture to ensure a secure working environment for all employees.
- Report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to regional leadership, providing strategic insights for site expansion and efficiency gains.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Life Sciences, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in manufacturing leadership, preferably within the MedTech, Diagnostics, or Life Sciences sectors.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale manufacturing plants and multidisciplinary teams.
- Deep expertise in regulatory compliance (HSA, FDA, ISO) and Quality Management Systems.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi-million dollar budgets and site P&L.
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent experience in operational excellence methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to navigate complex operational challenges in a fast-paced environment.
