Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all on-site mechanical and electrical installations, ensuring strict adherence to project specifications, blueprints, and local regulations.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of M&E technicians and contractors, fostering a productive and safety-conscious work environment.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards.
- Coordinate effectively with project managers, civil supervisors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of M&E works with overall project timelines.
- Prepare and maintain accurate site reports, daily logs, progress updates, and documentation related to M&E activities.
- Implement and enforce site safety protocols and procedures, conducting toolbox talks and ensuring all personnel follow safe working practices.
- Manage the procurement, delivery, and storage of M&E materials and equipment, optimizing resource utilization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues or discrepancies that arise during M&E installations, proposing effective and timely solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in supervising Mechanical and Electrical works within the construction industry, particularly on building or infrastructure projects.
- In-depth knowledge of M&E systems, components, installations, and relevant building codes, standards, and safety regulations (e.g., CIDB, DOSH).
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, guide, and develop site personnel.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating potential risks.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and project specifications.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure, managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
