- Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory management, and dispatch
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, security measures, and compliance standards
- Optimize warehouse layouts, workflows, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance targets
- Monitor inventory accuracy and coordinate with procurement for stock replenishment
- Develop and maintain operational procedures and documentation

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
