PT Starway Engineering Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Site Permit Supervisor to join our dynamic team working on a major LNG infrastructure project in Papua Barat. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading strategic permitting activities and ensuring that all major site operations remain fully compliant with local and national regulations. You will manage the complex documentation processes required for project execution, coordinate closely with government agencies, and ensure that our development timelines are not delayed by administrative hurdles. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the end-to-end permitting lifecycle for site operations and infrastructure development.
- Coordinate effectively with government agencies, local authorities, and regulatory bodies to secure necessary approvals.
- Oversee the preparation, submission, and tracking of technical reports, environmental assessments, and administrative documents.
- Monitor changes in environmental and construction regulations to ensure ongoing compliance and advise the project team accordingly.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive register of all active permits, licenses, and legal documents.
- Collaborate with project managers to identify potential permitting risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage relationships with external legal consultants, surveyors, and permit specialists.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that all activities are conducted in accordance with permit conditions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in permitting, compliance, or project administration within the Mining, Oil & Gas, or Energy sectors.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian environmental laws, construction codes, and administrative procedures.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with government officials and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel and work in remote locations within the Papua Barat region.
- Valid Indonesian driving license and familiarity with the local geography.
