Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Minimum 3 years of experience in site planning and construction scheduling
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera P6)
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and site monitoring systems
- Excellent analytical skills for interpreting technical drawings and specifications
- Certification in project management (PMP or equivalent) preferred
