Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily site activities ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors to optimize resource allocation and maintain project timelines
- Monitor project progress through regular site inspections and documentation of work completed
- Resolve technical issues and implement corrective actions to maintain project momentum
- Prepare comprehensive site reports, daily logs, and progress documentation
- Liaise with clients, engineers, and regulatory authorities to address concerns and obtain approvals
- Enforce environmental and safety protocols to ensure zero-incident operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in site supervision or project engineering
- Professional certification (e.g., P.Eng, C.Eng) or equivalent technical qualification
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and safety regulations
- Proficiency in project management software and CAD/BIM tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in challenging site environments
- Valid Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) certification preferred
