Svp Integrated Engineering is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Site / Project Engineer (Electrical) to join our growing team in Bishan. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our site operations, ensuring that complex electrical projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest industry standards.
You will bridge the gap between design and implementation, working closely with multidisciplinary teams, sub-contractors, and clients. We are looking for an engineer who thrives in dynamic environments, possesses excellent technical troubleshooting skills, and is dedicated to maintaining safe and efficient site workflows.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee day-to-day project operations to ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines.
- Coordinate all on-site activities with sub-contractors to prevent delays and resource conflicts.
- Liaise regularly with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to provide project status updates.
- Ensure all electrical installations adhere to Singapore's safety standards and building regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control audits to ensure high-standard workmanship.
- Monitor site progress reports and manage documentation, including RFI, shop drawings, and progress claims.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges on-site effectively to minimize downtime.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in project engineering or site supervision within the construction or M&E industry.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, CAD drawings, and building plans.
- Strong knowledge of local electrical codes, regulations, and safety requirements (BCA/EMA).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams of sub-contractors.
- Demonstrated ability to use project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
- Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license is a plus.
