Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee all aspects of construction project planning and execution
- Coordinate on-site activities between various contractors and stakeholders
- Develop and maintain project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements
- Supervise Mechanical & Electrical installations and systems integration
- Manage solar energy project components including photovoltaic systems
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary
- Prepare regular project reports for stakeholders and management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field)
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in M&E project management
- Proven experience with solar energy projects and photovoltaic systems
- Strong background in infrastructure project delivery
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred
- Knowledge of semiconductor industry requirements and standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
