Are you a detail-oriented Site Quality Engineer looking to ensure excellence in civil and geotechnical construction projects? Talent Trader Group is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team in the West Region. In this key role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of quality assurance and quality control (QAQC) across all site activities.
Your primary focus will involve the comprehensive management of QAQC documentation, including the creation of Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), detailed checklists, Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and audit registers. You will implement strict version control and traceability protocols to guarantee that all project records are accurate and up-to-date. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who thrives on ensuring compliance and improving construction quality.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, manage, and maintain QAQC documents, including ITPs, checklists, NCR forms, and registers.
- Ensure strict version control and traceability for all quality-related documentation.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits for civil and geotechnical works.
- Coordinate with site teams to identify quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Verify compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of quality performance and non-conformance trends.
- Review engineering drawings and technical specifications for clarity and accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in Site Quality Engineering or a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of QAQC procedures, including ITPs, NCRs, and inspection protocols.
- Experience with version control systems and document management software.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively on-site and collaborate within a cross-functional team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and engineering documentation tools.
