Tanggung Jawab
- Design & Deploy: Architect and maintain scalable infrastructure solutions to support BPO applications.
- Automation: Develop and implement automation scripts (Python, Bash) to streamline operational processes.
- Monitoring: Implement and manage monitoring tools to ensure real-time visibility into system health and performance.
- Incident Management: Lead incident response efforts, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures to minimize downtime.
- Security: Enforce security best practices across all environments to protect data integrity and compliance.
- CI/CD: Collaborate with development teams to optimize Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment pipelines.
- Optimization: Continuously analyze system metrics to optimize resource utilization and reduce costs.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or System Administration.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Linux/Unix administration and scripting languages.
- Cloud Expertise: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Tools: Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Terraform) and monitoring solutions.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and strong communication abilities.
- Language: Proficiency in English is required.
