Join Nosh Engineering as a Site Safety Supervisor and become a pivotal force in safeguarding our construction sites. We're seeking a proactive safety professional to enforce rigorous occupational health and safety (OSH) standards across Kulim-based projects. In this critical role, you'll lead safety initiatives, conduct thorough site inspections, and implement proactive risk mitigation strategies. You'll mentor teams on safety protocols, investigate incidents, and ensure full compliance with local regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and enforce OSH compliance
- Develop and implement site-specific safety plans, policies, and emergency procedures
- Monitor and enforce proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety protocols
- Investigate accidents, near-misses, and safety violations to determine root causes
- Deliver comprehensive safety training for employees and contractors
- Maintain accurate safety documentation, including incident reports and inspection records
- Coordinate with project teams to integrate safety into all operational phases
- Stay updated on evolving OSH regulations and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in OSHA/IOSH or equivalent safety qualification preferred
- Minimum 3 years' experience in construction site safety supervision
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian OSH Act 1994 and DOSH regulations
- Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies and hazard control strategies
- Excellent communication skills for training diverse workforces
- Certified First Aid and CPR certification required
- Valid Malaysian driving license for site travel
