Join Turner & Townsend as a Site Safety Supervisor in our advanced manufacturing facility in Kulim, Kedah. This critical role ensures operational excellence by maintaining rigorous safety standards in a dynamic industrial environment. You will conduct daily site inspections, audits, and safety walkabouts to proactively identify hazards and enforce compliance with OSHA and local regulations. Your leadership will drive safety culture through toolbox talks, safety briefings, and employee training programs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions, investigate incidents, and maintain comprehensive safety documentation. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily site inspections, audits, and safety walkabouts to identify hazards and ensure compliance
- Lead toolbox talks, safety briefings, and training sessions for manufacturing personnel
- Monitor and enforce PPE usage and safe work practices across production areas
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes
- Develop, implement, and maintain site-specific safety programs and procedures
- Collaborate with management to ensure adherence to OSHA and Malaysian safety regulations
- Prepare safety reports, documentation, and corrective action plans
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in safety supervision within manufacturing/industrial settings
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or NEBOSH certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and Malaysian OSH Act 1994
- Experience conducting incident investigations and root cause analysis
- Excellent communication skills for training and stakeholder engagement
- Proficiency in safety management software and reporting systems
