Join Turner & Townsend as a Site Safety Supervisor for our Data Center project in Johor Bahru. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of safety and compliance throughout the construction phase of a state-of-the-art data center facility.
As a key member of our project team, you will play a vital role in preventing workplace accidents, implementing safety protocols, and fostering a culture of safety consciousness among all site personnel. Your expertise will directly contribute to the successful delivery of this complex infrastructure project while maintaining an incident-free work environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily site inspections, audits, and safety walkabouts to identify hazards and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards
- Lead toolbox talks, safety briefings, and training sessions to educate workers on safety protocols and procedures
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive safety plans and risk assessment documentation for the data center project
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence
- Monitor compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations, as well as company safety policies
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project team members to ensure consistent safety standards across the site
- Prepare and submit regular safety reports to project management and stakeholders
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging safety technologies related to data center construction
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent safety certification required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction site safety supervision, preferably with data center or large-scale infrastructure projects
- Thorough knowledge of local safety regulations, OSHA standards, and industry best practices
- Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to train and influence diverse teams
- Experience conducting risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety audits
- Proficiency in safety management software and documentation systems
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment with competing priorities
