We are seeking a highly responsible and safety-conscious Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) to oversee construction operations in Kuching, Sarawak. As a vital member of our project team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all site activities adhere strictly to the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) and company safety protocols. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with a strong background in construction safety management, committed to maintaining a zero-accident workplace through rigorous site inspections, hazard identification, and staff training.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular site safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with OSH regulations.
- Identify potential hazards and implement effective control measures to mitigate risks.
- Lead safety briefings, toolbox talks, and training sessions for site personnel.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety documentation, including incident reports and inspection logs.
- Supervise the implementation of safety measures during high-risk construction activities.
- Ensure all workers utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Investigate accidents or near-misses and propose corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Liaise with relevant authorities and internal stakeholders regarding site safety matters.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a valid Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) certification registered with DOSH (JKKP).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in construction site safety management.
- Strong understanding of local safety laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Ability to work independently and make critical safety decisions under pressure.
- Good analytical skills for identifying safety trends and improvement areas.
- Physically fit to perform site walkabouts and inspections.
- Certification in First Aid or Fire Fighting is an added advantage.
