Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily site operations and coordinate activities between cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Enforce strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols to maintain a zero-harm workplace.
- Manage site resources, including labor, equipment, and materials, to optimize costs and efficiency.
- Supervise sub-contractors and technical staff, providing mentorship and performance feedback.
- Develop and implement site-specific work plans and risk assessments.
- Maintain comprehensive site documentation and prepare regular progress reports for management.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks to prevent project delays or safety incidents.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a Site Superintendent or Project Lead role within the mining, civil, or heavy engineering sectors.
- Strong background in site management, resource allocation, and project scheduling.
- Proven track record of maintaining high safety standards in challenging remote locations.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate large, multicultural teams.
- Relevant engineering or construction management qualifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
- Willingness to be based in Sumbawa Barat or work on a fly-in-fly-out (FIFO) roster.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian is highly preferred.
