- Supervise daily site activities for cleaning and engineering services.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate and schedule staff, subcontractors, and equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections and quality assurance checks.
- Communicate with clients to resolve issues and provide progress updates.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, inventory, and incidents.
- Report to management and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage on‑site problem resolution and emergency response as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or site coordination role.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, basic engineering concepts, and safety standards.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret work orders, schedules, and safety manuals.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays if required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certification is a plus.
