You will act as the primary bridge between technical design and site execution. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end HVAC project lifecycle, from initial design review to final site inspection.
- Prepare and manage detailed shop drawings, material submissions, and technical layouts.
- Perform critical design calculations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and client specifications.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor installation progress, quality control, and safety compliance.
- Coordinate effectively with sub-contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
- Troubleshoot technical issues on-site and provide immediate engineering solutions.
- Prepare comprehensive progress reports and documentation for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in HVAC project management or site supervision.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar drafting software for shop drawing preparation.
- Strong understanding of HVAC system design, ducting, and piping installation requirements.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to manage on-site teams and vendors.
- Ability to interpret complex technical specifications and engineering blueprints.
- Possess a proactive, problem-solving mindset with a commitment to high-quality project delivery.
