Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily construction activities to ensure compliance with shop drawings and project schedules
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams for seamless workflow execution
- Implement quality control measures and safety standards across all site operations
- Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders
- Resolve technical issues and on-site conflicts promptly and effectively
- Manage material inventory and equipment allocation to optimize resource utilization
- Ensure adherence to budgetary constraints and project timelines
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in site supervision or construction management
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and construction specifications
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership and team coordination abilities
- Proven problem-solving skills for on-site technical challenges
- Certification in construction safety management (SMK3) preferred
- Experience with project management software and reporting tools
