- Oversee daily site operations and enforce engineering specifications
- Manage construction crews and subcontractors to ensure timely task completion

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of site supervision experience in construction
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and blueprints
- Certification in safety management (SMK3 preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction regulations
- Experience with project management software (AutoCAD, MS Project)
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English communication
