Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily site operations and ensure production targets are met efficiently.
- Implement and maintain strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) compliance standards.
- Lead, train, and supervise a team of technicians and operators on-site.
- Coordinate with management to plan work schedules and allocate resources effectively.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and operational bottlenecks.
- Ensure all equipment and machinery are maintained in optimal working condition.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily reports on site activities and incident logs.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the energy, mining, or power generation industry.
- In-depth knowledge of safety regulations, OSHA standards, and environmental laws.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Valid Malaysian driving license and willingness to travel between sites.
- Proficiency in using site management software and reporting tools.
