Your expertise will drive on-site efficiency while implementing comprehensive K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) standards to create a secure working environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and coordinate on-site project activities to ensure alignment with schedule milestones
- Implement and enforce K3 safety standards across all construction phases
- Oversee material requisition, inventory management, and quality verification processes
- Coordinate between technical teams, subcontractors, and suppliers for seamless operations
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress reporting to management
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications and engineering drawings
- Resolve on-site conflicts and operational challenges efficiently
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3/S1 degree in Civil Engineering or related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in construction site supervision
- Certified K3 (K3 Umum/K3 Konstruksi) certification required
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and safety protocols
- Proficient in project management software and documentation systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
