Join PT Mepindo Karya Dinamika as a Site Supervisor and lead construction projects to successful completion. In this critical role, you'll oversee daily field operations ensuring alignment with project timelines, technical specifications, and safety protocols. You'll coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage material requisitions and inventory, and enforce strict K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities to meet project schedules and quality standards
- Implement and enforce K3 safety regulations across all work areas
- Manage material procurement, inventory control, and resource allocation
- Conduct technical inspections and ensure compliance with engineering specifications
- Coordinate between contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and report milestones, delays, and corrective actions
- Resolve on-site technical issues and maintain project documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Minimum 3 years of experience in site supervision role
- K3 certification (K3 Umum/K3 Konstruksi) mandatory
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards
- Experience with project management software and documentation systems
- Proven leadership and team coordination abilities
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia with basic English proficiency
