D'Most Interior & Architecture is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Site Supervisor to join our team in Manado. You will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, managing subcontractor performance, and maintaining the highest standards of quality control and health and safety (K3) protocols. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and monitor daily site progress to ensure construction stays on schedule and within defined scope.
- Supervise subcontractors and onsite labor to ensure strict adherence to technical specifications and quality standards.
- Enforce comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environment (K3) protocols to maintain a zero-accident workplace.
- Manage inventory control and onsite material distribution to minimize waste and optimize resources.
- Facilitate clear communication and coordination between project managers, architects, and field teams.
- Prepare accurate daily and weekly progress reports, including site photographs and documentation of milestones.
- Identify potential construction bottlenecks or technical issues and provide immediate, effective solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related construction management field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as a Site Supervisor, preferably in interior or building construction projects.
- Strong understanding of K3 (Health and Safety) regulations and construction site best practices.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Willingness to be based in Manado and travel to various project sites as required.
