Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily construction activities to ensure alignment with project blueprints, specifications, and schedules.
- Direct and coordinate subcontractors and on-site labor to maintain high productivity levels.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality control standards and building regulations.
- Monitor and enforce strict site safety protocols to prevent workplace accidents and ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Manage the logistics of materials, equipment, and tools, ensuring they are available when required.
- Maintain comprehensive daily progress reports and documentation for project managers.
- Identify potential site issues early and implement effective corrective actions to avoid project delays.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of proven experience in a Site Supervisor or Foreman role within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of structural construction, MEP systems, and material estimation.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage diverse teams.
- Deep knowledge of OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) regulations and industry best practices.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
