We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team in the Central Region. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and direct daily site operations, ensuring all activities align with architectural and structural blueprints.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to schedules.
- Coordinate closely with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless communication.
- Manage and supervise on-site staff, including assigning tasks, conducting briefings, and monitoring performance.
- Ensure strict compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare and maintain accurate daily reports, progress logs, and site documentation.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in site supervision within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of structural and architectural principles, materials, and building methods.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage diverse teams.
- Proficiency in using construction management software and MS Office applications.
- Valid construction-related certifications and a valid driver’s license.
