As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of construction activities, managing subcontractors, and ensuring strict adherence to project timelines and technical specifications. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily on-site construction activities to ensure progress aligns with the project schedule.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Enforce strict health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols across the construction site.
- Monitor work quality to ensure it meets structural requirements and company standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for project management.
- Oversee material inventory and ensure the efficient use of resources to minimize waste.
- Troubleshoot technical issues on-site and provide actionable solutions to maintain project momentum.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in construction site supervision or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Microsoft Project).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet strict project deadlines.
- Willingness to be based permanently in Bandung, Jawa Barat.
