Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily on-site construction activities for civil and structural engineering projects
- Ensure strict adherence to engineering drawings, specifications, and safety protocols
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders for seamless execution
- Monitor project progress, quality control, and resource allocation
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and resolve on-site technical issues
- Manage site documentation including permits, inspections, and compliance records
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in site supervision for civil/structural projects
- Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and technical specifications
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and safety standards
- Certification in OSHA or equivalent safety management systems
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Problem-solving skills for on-site technical challenges
- Experience with project management software and reporting tools
