Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily construction site activities to ensure smooth operations and adherence to project schedules
- Verify all construction work complies with approved technical drawings, specifications, and safety regulations
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project teams to resolve on-site issues promptly
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols to maintain accident-free work environments
- Monitor quality control standards throughout construction phases and conduct regular site inspections
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation including daily logs, progress reports, and safety records
- Manage site resources efficiently including materials, equipment, and labor allocation
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction site supervision or project management
- Thorough knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and safety regulations (OSHA/SMM standards)
- Strong technical ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and engineering specifications
- Proven leadership skills in managing diverse teams and resolving operational conflicts
- Certification in construction safety management (e.g., OSHA, SSIP) highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with engineers, clients, and regulatory bodies
- Proficiency in construction management software and reporting tools
