Ching Hai Switchboard Manufacturer is looking for a skilled and experienced Site Supervisor (Electrical) to join our dynamic team in Bintulu. As a key leader on-site, you will be responsible for overseeing electrical installations, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols, and managing a dedicated team of technicians. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily electrical site operations and installation projects.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of electrical technicians and laborers.
- Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential risks and ensure quality control.
- Prepare and maintain accurate site reports, including daily progress logs and safety records.
- Resolve on-site technical issues and troubleshoot electrical problems efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Valid Electrical Engineer License (SPMB/SIJU) or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in electrical site supervision, preferably in manufacturing or construction.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and guide a diverse team.
- Deep knowledge of Malaysian electrical codes (SIRIM/NEC) and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
- Valid Malaysian driving license is an added advantage.
