We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Supervisor to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the on-site management of our construction projects, ensuring that all activities are executed in strict accordance with technical drawings, engineering specifications, and local building codes. You will serve as the primary point of contact between the project management team and the on-site workforce, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily site inspections and quality checks to verify that all work meets construction specifications and industry standards.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, local regulations, and company policies to maintain a zero-accident environment.
- Coordinate closely with site engineers, subcontractors, and laborers to ensure smooth workflow and efficient resource allocation.
- Monitor material usage and inventory on-site to prevent wastage and ensure budget compliance.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily progress reports, site logs, and material requisitions to the project manager.
- Ensure all electrical installations and construction activities comply with Malaysian standards (SIRIM, BEAMA) and local by-laws.
- Resolve on-site technical issues and conflicts promptly to minimize project delays.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe construction site environment.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related construction field.
- Preferably with a strong background in electrical works or renewable energy system installations.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar Site Supervision or Site Management role.
- Valid Site Supervisor Certificate or relevant professional license.
- Proficiency in reading engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse on-site team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing project requirements.
