Are you an experienced site professional with a keen eye for electrical systems? Pekat is looking for a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee our construction projects in Johor Bahru. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact on-site, ensuring that all electrical installations and general construction activities adhere to high-quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
As a Site Supervisor, you will bridge the gap between design plans and on-site execution. You will coordinate with sub-contractors, manage daily site progress, and troubleshoot technical issues in real-time. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily construction activities, with a specific focus on electrical installation quality and safety.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with architectural drawings, electrical blueprints, and local building codes.
- Monitor and manage sub-contractor performance to ensure work is completed on schedule and to specification.
- Maintain accurate site progress reports, daily logs, and documentation for project managers.
- Identify and resolve technical discrepancies or safety hazards on-site before they escalate.
- Coordinate material deliveries and site resource allocation to maximize productivity.
- Conduct final walkthroughs and quality checks prior to project handover.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or Site Inspector in a construction environment.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, wiring regulations, and safety standards (ST/JKR requirements is a plus).
- Ability to read and interpret complex construction drawings and electrical diagrams.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to manage diverse site teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic project reporting software.
- Willingness to travel to various project sites within Johor and maintain a hands-on approach.
