As our Site Supervisor, you will be the eyes and ears on the ground, ensuring our design visions are executed with precision, quality, and efficiency. You will bridge the gap between creative design concepts and the physical reality of the site, managing teams and timelines to deliver exceptional interior projects for our clients.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily on-site interior construction activities to ensure progress aligns with the project schedule.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure material quality and timely delivery.
- Interpret interior design blueprints, shop drawings, and technical specifications accurately.
- Maintain strict quality control measures to ensure all installations meet Caza Studio’s high standards.
- Monitor site safety regulations and ensure a clean, organized work environment at all times.
- Prepare regular site progress reports and communicate updates to the Project Manager and design team.
- Resolve on-site technical challenges and implement practical solutions effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in interior site supervision or project management.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, furniture fitting, and interior finishing techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and 3D renderings.
- Proficiency in project management software and basic office tools.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams of craftsmen and contractors.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive, hands-on approach to work.
- Willingness to be based in Surabaya and travel to project sites as required.
