Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily site operations and coordinate interior installation teams
- Ensure project adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols
- Manage material procurement, inventory, and supplier relationships
- Prepare progress reports and documentation for project stakeholders
- Resolve on-site technical issues and coordinate with designers/clients
- Supervise subcontractors and ensure timely completion of milestones
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and implement waste management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in interior design site supervision
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and construction methods
- Experience managing teams of 5+ contractors/subcontractors
- Certification in construction safety (SMK3) preferred
- Fluent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
