In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between our creative design team and the physical construction site, ensuring that our vision is executed with precision and quality.
As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of interior design works. You will conduct accurate site measurements, monitor the workflow, and ensure that all materials and installations align with the approved plans. We are looking for a proactive individual who can report critical progress updates to the Project Manager and resolve on-site challenges efficiently. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and monitor all daily site activities and operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Conduct accurate site measurements and takeoffs to verify dimensions and specifications.
- Report project progress, site conditions, and updates to the Project Manager on a regular basis.
- Ensure all interior design works strictly comply with approved drawings and quality standards.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment on site at all times.
- Resolve on-site issues and provide practical solutions to design implementation problems.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Construction Management.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a site supervision role within the interior design or architecture industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, interior finishes, and design concepts.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients, teams, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driving license is an advantage.
