Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for high-quality interior finishes? Inovasi Karya International is seeking a dedicated and proactive Site Supervisor to join our expanding team in Jakarta Barat. In this role, you will be the backbone of our interior and furniture installation projects, ensuring that every design vision is brought to life with precision, efficiency, and safety.
You will be responsible for overseeing on-site operations, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring that our furniture installation projects meet the high aesthetic and quality standards our clients expect. We are looking for a hands-on leader who can troubleshoot technical challenges, maintain project timelines, and foster a collaborative environment on the job site.
Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and monitor the daily progress of interior and furniture installation on-site.
- Ensure all installation work strictly follows architectural drawings, technical specifications, and safety standards.
- Manage and coordinate with internal teams and external sub-contractors to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Perform quality control inspections to ensure high-standard finishing and craftsmanship.
- Proactively identify and resolve technical issues during the installation process to prevent delays.
- Maintain daily site logs and provide regular progress reports to the Project Manager.
- Manage site logistics, including material handling and tool safety.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in interior site supervision or furniture installation.
- Strong technical knowledge of interior materials, furniture assembly, and finishing techniques.
- Ability to interpret complex architectural and interior design blueprints.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage site crews effectively.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and critical thinking under pressure.
- Willingness to work on-site and travel within the Jakarta Barat area as required.
- Discipline, integrity, and a strong work ethic are essential.
