PowerSource is currently seeking a highly organized and experienced Site Supervisor to join our operations team in Liminangcong, Palawan. This is a pivotal role where you will serve as the operational lead, ensuring the seamless integration of administrative, technical, and commercial functions. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance, and efficiency in the mining and resources sector.
In this position, you will oversee the day-to-day site activities, acting as the primary point of contact for safety protocols and regulatory compliance. You will be responsible for managing technical maintenance schedules, interpreting complex diagrams, and ensuring all commercial operations, including billing and logistics, are executed accurately and on time. We are looking for a proactive leader who can generate timely reports and foster a safe, productive work environment for our team.

Tanggung Jawab
- Operational Management: Oversee daily site operations to ensure smooth workflows and optimal productivity in accordance with company policies.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations, conduct site inspections, and ensure all safety documentation is up to date.
- Technical Supervision: Manage technical maintenance activities, review engineering diagrams, and coordinate with technical teams to resolve on-site issues.
- Commercial Operations: Handle billing processes, inventory management, and ensure all commercial agreements and contracts are fulfilled efficiently.
- Reporting: Generate and submit timely, accurate progress reports and operational summaries to upper management.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and supervise site staff, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Client & Stakeholder Relations: Act as the primary liaison with stakeholders and clients regarding site status and project requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) in a site supervision role within the Mining, Resources, or Energy sector.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of technical maintenance procedures, site safety protocols, and the ability to read and interpret engineering diagrams.
- Administrative Skills: Proficiency in managing site administration tasks, including compliance documentation and billing procedures.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare clear, professional reports.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead a diverse team and manage conflict effectively in a remote or industrial setting.
- License: Valid Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) license or relevant certifications in mining/safety is an advantage.
